BOND Road - Te Awamutu

At 283sqm, a general layout was presented to us with instructions to maximise the internal/external space relationships with a swimming pool as a focal point. While covered living areas to the exterior were provided, hi level roof lines extenuated the main living areas and invited winter sunlight into the depths of the structure via celestial glazing. A fantastic result for sunlight control combined with great mono aesthetics and grounding parapet garage surround.
